Chairman.

Leadership
Mr. Ghanshyam Sheth - Chairman
Mr. Ghanshyam Sheth the Chairman of the Company, has been in this industry for three decades. In 1991 Mr. Sheth was appointed as Executive Director for The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (GESCO), a Blue-Chip Public Listed Company, to head its foray into property development & was subsequently appointed as Joint Managing Director of the company until this division was ultimately demerged into GESCO, with Mr. Sheth as the Chairman of the Company.
Mr. Muninder Seeru - Managing Director
Mr. Muninder Seeru has over 40 years of
experience in the Infrastructure and Real Estate business in
India and is involved in the development of
commercial/retail/hotel/multiplex and residential projects. He
has expertise in complex deal structuring, private equity,
funding and land acquisition and also has expertise in project
execution, management and development management. He is also
involved in Joint Development Agreement/Joint Venture
Agreement, conceiving ideas for Real Estate development as well
as overseeing developments with necessary financial closures
involving local and international fund houses.
Mr. Seeru's
vision & contribution towards the growth of G:Corp Group is
immense in terms of land deals, partnership with fund houses,
etc.
Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra - Director
Mr Mishra is a Civil Engineer by qualification and he also holds a certificate of Chartered Engineer from The Institute of Engineers (India) in 1984. He brings to the table a combined work experience of over 35 years in the field of Infrastructure and Real Estate Development. Mr. Mishra’s journey with the G:Corp Group started in the year, 2006. Prior to associating himself with G:Corp Group, he worked with Engineering Projects (India) Limited, Unitech Ltd and The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited.
He is currently handling business development, strategic planning, diversification, and project management along with all other key executive functions.
He became the Part of BOD’s of G:Corp Homes Pvt Ltd on 28th September, 2020.
He became the Part of BOD’s of G:Corp Spaces Pvt Ltd on 29th September, 2020.
